This cold laminating machine is upgraded from FMJ-1600-II-MULT, adopts low temperature cold laminating, mainly used to solve the issue that cold laminated images are hazy.

3" core auto - grip rollers for easy laminating film setup
Adopt new-style aluminum alloy supporting shaft, which is easy to assemble and disassemble and can be used in exchange. The prints rewind shaft is linked with motor and the unwind shaft is not. All of the shafts are equipped with tension brake system and are eligible for speed adjustment.		 High quality pentanenitrile rubber roller, 120mm (4.7 inch diameter)
Generally speaking, the lifespan of a roller is about 4-5 years or longer. The roller is the key component of a laminator and it directly affects the quality of lamination, so it is critical to give good care and maintenance to the roller.
The laminator is equipped with photoelectric safety switch to avoid external objects from entering the rollers. Working table with ruler, this machine’s table is very even. The feed table is more stable, and the laminating effective is better.

Function
FMJ-1600-II-WARM is full – auto low temperature cold laminator (Automatic take - up roll for both printed images and back paper by one person), roll to roll laminating. Maximum laminating thickness can be up to 60 degree, mainly used to solve the issue that cold laminated images are hazy.
FMJ-1600-II-MULT is full-auto cold laminator (Automatic take - up roll for both printed images and back paper by one person), which has no low temperature function.

FMJ-1600-II-WARM is full – auto low temperature cold laminator (Automatic take - up roll for both printed images and back paper by one person), roll to roll laminating. And its maximum laminating thickness is 35mm (1.4")
FMJ-1600-II-PLUS is semi – auto cold laminator (Automatic take - up rolls of liner paper, without take – up roller for after lamination prints), and its maximum laminating thickness is 25mm (1")

FMJ-1600-II-WARM is one side hand crank lift up, easy to adjust the open height of roller (the laminating thickness).
FMJ-1600-II-PLUS is double side’s knob lift up.

Material of shaft - for supporting film, for supporting picture, for collecting liner paper
FMJ-1600-II-WARM cold laminating machine adopts new-style aluminum alloy supporting shaft, which is easy to assemble / disassemble and can be used in exchange. 
The common cold laminating machine adopts steel round bar, it fixed by both sides of slots, you should use the tools to twist the screw. The operation is so complex.
